Chuck DiSchino brings over 34 years of expertise in the Facility Management industry, specializing in Emergency Operations Management and non-system-based security. As President of Management Safeguards, he has supported organizations with risk assessments, business continuity planning, and behavioral threat management. During his career with Johnson Controls' IFM Division, Chuck conducted facility assessments for major corporations including BP, Mobil Oil, GSK, Xerox, and JCPenney.

Following 9/11, he was deployed to Detroit to assist at the Northwest Airlines facility during a custodial union strike, where he resolved operational challenges and implemented employee security vulnerability assessments. As a Certified Threat Manager (CTM) through the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals (ATAP), he has managed cases involving workplace violence and threats to critical infrastructure.
